Hello! I’m Anna, the head chef at “Sushi to Door,” a small family business that my husband and I founded in December 2020 in Grimsby. Our story is a tale of passion for creating the highest quality sushi, which we now deliver directly to your door. From the very beginning, our goal has been to provide unforgettable taste experiences that meet your expectations.
For us, Quality isn’t just a word – it’s a way of life. That’s why we insist on the highest quality ingredients, carefully selected to ensure unforgettable culinary experiences. We receive fresh product deliveries from our trusted local suppliers, Alfred Enderby, Premier Seafoods, and Kevin Stansfield, guaranteeing that every bite is absolutely perfect.
In our kitchen, traditional Japanese meets modern creativity. We preserve the authenticity of classic sushi flavors, but we’re also not afraid to experiment with new combinations and compositions that surprise your palate.
I began my sushi flavor journey in 2009, and thanks to my experience, each piece of sushi is prepared with care and love. My knowledge and skills allow me to create dishes that are not only delicious but also aesthetically pleasing. I am deeply thankful to my mentor, Alon Than, World Champion from Tokyo 2015, for his expert knowledge he has imparted to me.
